Slightly larger, our King Deluxe Sofa Rooms offer the same features as our King Deluxe rooms, complemented by a comfortable sofa that also folds out to a sofa bed.

Glass doors open onto private patios overlooking the marina where you can enjoy magnificent Kennebunkport water views. Many prestigious sailing vessels anchor each season... and you’ll be in the spectator seat enjoying this marvelous show. Each room is also appointed with a sitting area and writing desk. Each of our spacious rooms have high pitched ceilings with fans and every room is equipped with individual temperature controls, TV and telephone. Full, private baths with granite vanities complement every room at The Yachtsman.

A fulsome country continental breakfast is served daily, as is our delightful afternoon tea featuring cookies, scones, fruit breads, Mighty Leaf teas and even espresso coffee, all presented on the lodge's waterfront patio…and both served with our compliments.
