All room only rates are per room, per night for single or double occupancy. Extra person in room $25.00. Packages may be priced on a per person basis or room basis depending on the package.

Rates include full continental breakfast and afternoon tea and cookies.

Rates do not include 7% tax or 5.35% housekeeping service charge.

Weekends, holidays, events and high demand periods may require minimum stay of more than one night.

Cancellations
Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit with at least 30 days notice, less a $15 administration fee. If you must make a last-minute cancellation, we will return the deposit, as long as we are able to rent the room to another guest over the entire reserved period. Naturally, we will make every effort to rent the room and return your deposit.

Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency or weather and as such we recommend that you prochase travel insurance. For your convenience we have included a link to the Travel X, travel protection website below.
