TERMS & CONDITIONS
All room rates are per room, per night for single or double occupancy. Extra person in room is $25.00. Packages may be priced on a per person basis or room basis depending on the package.
Rates include full continental breakfast and afternoon tea and cookies.
Rates do not include 7% tax.
Weekends, holidays, events and high demand periods may require minimum stay of more than one night.
Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit with at least 30 days notice, less a $15 administration fee. If you must make a last-minute cancellation, we will return the deposit, as long as we are able to rent the room to another guest over the entire reserved period. Naturally, we will make every effort to rent the room and return your deposit.
Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it is for reasons of sickness, family emergency or weather and as such we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. For your convenience we have included a link to the Travel X, the travel protection website.
